BCB has successfully partnered with Strata Managers for over 20 years. We’re extremely proud of the comprehensive and personal service we provide to strata schemes and their managing agents.
These years of experience mean our client portfolio includes some of the largest and most complex schemes in Australia (including BMCs), smaller and less complex schemes, Community Associations and Company Title properties.
We work with Strata Managers to ensure a property is adequately insured by recommending property valuations, advising the Insurer of any proposed major capital works, obtaining commercial tenant occupation details and outlining any unique features that require special coverage, such as machinery, heritage considerations or cover for jetties.
BCB provides ongoing training to Strata Managers to ensure they comply with ASIC guidelines when operating as our Authorised Representatives.
Business Continuity and Resilience Planning (BCR)
BCB has a dedicated Business Continuity and Resilience Planning Team to ensure we make timely decisions and take positive action in times of crisis.
