Damage doesn’t always happen during business hours. Some of the most disruptive events occur at night, on weekends, or during public holidays, when help is harder to access.
We’re here to support you in an emergency, including over the Christmas and New Year period.
Closure dates
Our offices are closed from Friday 19 December 2025 for the Christmas and New Year period. We will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026.

Insurer assistance
Please remember, your strata insurer can only deal with insurance-related damage. If the damage has been caused by a maintenance issue, your insurer can’t help fix the maintenance problem, and this usually needs to be resolved first.
