Closure dates
Our offices are closed from Friday 19 December 2025 for the Christmas and New Year period. We will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026.

Insurer assistance
Please remember, your strata insurer can only deal with insurance-related damage. If the damage has been caused by a maintenance issue, your insurer can’t help fix the maintenance problem, and this usually needs to be resolved first.
